Nokia Software Updater for Retail 4.3.2 Update — June 11, 2016 Microsoft seems to have discontinued support of this software, which is now called Windows Phone Recovery Tool.

This is an obsolete/non-supported version of the tool. You need to use Windows Device Recovery Tool (for Lumia phones with WP8.x/Windows 10) or Nokia Software Recovery Tool (for other legacy Nokia phones) instead. I'm also using Nokia Software Updater for Retail 4.3.2 to my last build (10586.0) to roll back to 8.1, because the Windows Device Recovery Tool always failed to roll back. And this latest build (10586.71) is tried to my phone to test if this build was good but I'm not satisfy because of battery drain, so I decide to roll back again to 8.1 using NSU, but the message 'Could not connect to server' I'm try and try to open but always showing that message. So I'm try the Windows Device Recovery Tool go back to 8.1, but WDRT failed again to roll back my phone to 8.1, it show the 2 Arrow like reverse icon while flashing but not the red background after that my phone is boot up and doing nothing. My only question I've seen the 'Checking Anti Theft Protection status', it is the problem why my phone is failed to roll back? And why th Nokia Software Updater for Retail 4.3.2 is could not connect to server?

Windows device recovery tool is also showing a problem of server error. I have already disable my windows firewall and tried again same problem. What is the reason behind this and how can I solve this problem?

I'm facing the same problem and i don't know how to rollback from wp10 to wp8.1 on my lumia 830...
